3 CALCULATORS · CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT TYPE

What do you want a quote for?

Each calculator asks about different parameters (scale, features, integrations). Answering takes 2-3 minutes, you get the result immediately with no registration.

WEBSITE

Website cost calculator

Business card · Corporate · Extended · Portal

For: companies planning a new website, migrating from WordPress, or modernizing an existing site. We ask about the type of site, features (blog, multilingual, forms), integrations (CRM, newsletter), design (template vs. custom).

Result: a ±15% price range, a detailed breakdown per feature, and a CMS recommendation (Payload / WordPress / static).

Time: 2 minutes · Range: from PLN 3,500 to PLN 50,000

→ Calculate website cost

⇲
ONLINE STORE

Online store cost calculator

Small · Medium · Large · Marketplace

For: companies launching e-commerce or migrating from an existing platform. We ask about scale (number of products, categories), payments (Stripe, PayPal, local payment methods), shipping (couriers, parcel lockers), integrations (wholesaler, warehouse system, CRM).

Result: a ±15% range, a platform recommendation (WooCommerce / custom Next.js / Shopify), hosting and maintenance costs.

Time: 3 minutes · Range: from PLN 8,000 to PLN 120,000

→ Calculate store cost

⇲
WEB APPLICATION

Web app cost calculator

MVP · SaaS · Internal system · Platform

For: startups building an MVP, companies developing an internal system, multi-tenant SaaS products. We ask about scope (modules, user roles, API), scale (concurrent users), integrations (payments, external systems), security (GDPR, audits).

Result: a ±20% range, a breakdown per module, and a phased rollout schedule (MVP → extensions).

Time: 4 minutes · Range: from PLN 30,000 to PLN 300,000

→ Calculate app cost

⇲

↳ All calculators are based on real DV projects from the last 3 years. Results are saved anonymously to improve the algorithm — we do not collect contact data.

Website vs. Application — what do I need?

6 questions about your project: who uses it, what it does, what data you store, whether you need logins, whether users come back regularly. At the end, a result: corporate website / store / web application + rationale + a link to the right calculator.

Typical quiz results:

  • "Industry portal" → most often: a web application (not a website)
  • "Booking platform" → an application, not a store
  • "Store with 5 products" → a corporate website + Stripe, not a store

Time: 2 minutes · No registration

↳ The quiz gives direction, not a final decision. For complex projects (a website + application hybrid, multi-tenant SaaS) it's better to book a 15-minute call.

5 FACTORS · WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE

What affects website cost

Price depends on 5 factors — not the number of subpages. A simple business-card site with contact details is a different story than a site built for PPC campaigns or lead generation.

01|FEATURE SCOPE

Feature scope — not every feature pays off

Forms, calculators, CRM integrations, a booking system, a customer portal — these are great tools, as long as they support real business goals. It happens that a client wants "everything" right away, but after a conversation it turns out half the elements will never actually be used.

It's better to have 3 well-built features than 10 unnecessary ones that slow down the site and complicate management.

02|CONTENT AND MATERIALS

Content and materials — the hidden cost

Already have copy, photos, logos ready? Great — it can shorten the project by several weeks. Don't have them? We help with copywriting and a photo session, but that's a real stage of work, not an "add-on".

Typically: a project with ready materials takes 4 weeks, with materials still to be created — 6-8 weeks. The difference is usually PLN 3,000-8,000 depending on scope (copy for 3-5 subpages, team photos, section graphics).

03|TECHNOLOGY

Technology — balancing capability and cost

Next.js, React, Payload CMS offer huge capabilities: loading speed, SEO, flexibility to expand, API integrations. But they're not always needed. For a simple informational site, a lightweight WordPress setup or a static site is often enough.

Decision criteria: frequency of changes (daily editing → CMS), integrations (CRM/booking → Payload), traffic (>10k users/month → Next.js for performance). Below these 3 criteria — consider a simpler solution.

04|LANGUAGES AND SEO

Language versions — in stages, not all at once

Each language version is not just a translation. It's a separate URL structure (pl/ vs en/), separate meta tags, separate keywords (phrases that work in Polish don't work in English), separate SEO content.

Cost of adding a language version: PLN 2,500-4,500 per language (depending on the number of subpages). Recommendation: start with your main market, then add others after 3-6 months once traffic from market #1 has stabilized.

05|SEO AND OPTIMIZATION

Technical SEO — included as standard, not an add-on

Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), schema.org, sitemap.xml, Open Graph, structured H1-H6 headings — we implement these as standard for every site. This is not an upsell.

Separate cost: SEO content (keyword-targeted articles), link building, competitor audits — these are specialist services, not our core competency. We work with trusted specialists and recommend people/agencies we've vetted through collaboration.

FAQ

The most common questions before a website quote

Questions we get from companies before starting a quote and after filling in the calculator.

Usually 1 working day.
We send a pitchfork and a brief summary so you can make a decision without time pressure.

Of course.
We often suggest taking off in the form ofMVP - that is, a basic version that can work after just a few weeks and then be developed step by step.

Not a problem.
We can help with copywriting, photo shoots or designing simple graphics - the important thing is to know what you want to communicate.

Don't.
Treat it as a starting point - something that will help you realistically budget and avoid surprises.

Yes — and we often recommend it. A typical MVP scenario:

Stage 1 — Basic launch (8 weeks, 60% of budget):

  • Core functionality
  • The most important integrations
  • Basic design

Stage 2 — Expansion (2-4 months after launch, 30% of budget):

  • Secondary features based on real data
  • Optimizing bottlenecks (proven in production)
  • Additional integrations if actually needed

Stage 3 — Maintenance (10% of budget/year):

  • Updates, bug fixes, minor extensions

The calculator estimates the full scope — in a call, we can break it into stages that match your company's cash flow.

Both scenarios happen, and both are worth a 15-minute call:

Price higher than you expected — usually means that:

  • You selected features you don't need (trim the scope)
  • The calculator doesn't know about materials you already have ready (a discount)
  • The project looks more complicated than it is in practice

Price lower than you expected — usually means that:

  • The calculator doesn't capture specific requirements (GDPR, industry-specific)
  • You skipped integrations that will actually be needed
  • Underestimating scale (e.g. "10 products" vs. actually 100+)

In both cases, a call gives you a realistic baseline in 15 minutes. If the price is confirmed — you move forward. If not — you know why, and can reconsider.

HOW IT WORKS · FROM CALCULATOR TO CONTRACT·4 steps

From calculator to the first stage of the project

The calculator is the first step, not the last. Below are the 4 stages from a price range to the project start — transparently, with no hidden conditions, no "sales follow-ups".

01
CALCULATOR

You fill in the calculator (website / store / application). You get a ±15% range, a breakdown per feature, and a technology recommendation. You can try several variants — the calculator doesn't remember previous ones, so there's no "limit on attempts".

> Price range + feature list + tech recommendation

02
CALL

If the range matches your expectations — we schedule a 15-minute call. We clarify the scope, check whether the calculator covered everything relevant to your project, and set a timeline. No slides, no corporate presentation.

> Final scope + timeline + start date

03
OFFER AND CONTRACT

We prepare a written offer with a final price (not a range — a specific amount), a scope of work broken down into stages, and a payment schedule (typically 30/40/30). A contract in plain language, without legal jargon — one you can actually understand.

> Signed contract + deposit invoice

04
PROJECT START

We kick off the project: a strategy workshop (Stage 01 of the process), access to a project management platform (Linear or Notion), a dedicated DV contact person (not a rotating salesperson).

> Project underway — following the 5-stage process

Let's talk

Calculator not enough? Let's talk

The calculators cover 80% of typical projects. If your case is atypical — migration from a custom system, integrations with 5+ APIs, industry compliance (healthcare, finance, GDPR Art. 9), multi-tenant SaaS — a 15-minute call settles it in every case.

Book a 15-minute call

What happens after you get in touch

  1. Confirmation by email within a few minutes
  2. Within 24 business hours, a specific person gets back to you (not an autoresponder, not a salesperson)
  3. We propose a time for a 15-minute call, online or by phone
  4. After the call: a written offer with a specific price (not a range) within 2-3 days. The decision is yours, zero pressure
